What should I do with Pau Gasol in fantasy basketball?

I am in a similar position. He is too good to drop, especially if you are in a big league as someone will pick him up. He was suppose to miss 2 games; now he may not return until Christmas. You would hope that these organizations could be more honest concerning player injuries. Good luck(it is only a game, even if we take it serious).
