Legality of 'Whale Wars' on Animal Planet?

I think you are right because they are illegally killing the whales and its illegal so the Sea Shepards should do something to stop. If it wasn't legal then the Sea Shepards wouldn't be doing it. And they are breaking the law in the first place so it's for their own good.
