Dieting: Do you think I will lose weight eating a large salad?

consisting of 2 slices ham loads of lettuce, tomatoes, half scotch egg, small piece of cheese, coleslaw and large pot of cottage cheese. 2 pieces of bread and erlightly spread. Snacks: A packet of fruit gums and 4 oranges, 2 kiwi fruit, and weetabix for breakfast. Evening mushrooms with ryvita and boiled egg. This is a normal day with some variations.
