I have a review at work coming up. I would like some negotiation tips from great negotiators.?

I have not had a review in a year and half. I know when I sit down with my bosses they are going to undercut me. How do I professionally stand my ground and ask for what I believe i'm worth. I am underpaid compared to all my colleagues performing the same job.
