Birth control help. loestrin 24?

alright so i have been on loestrin 24 for about a little over a month and a half. the first month i had some dizzyness bloating, and i had about 3 weeks after i started it. and about 3 more times since. then we checked the condom each time nothing happened, he also pulled out before anything happened. about 5 days ago i started bleeding just a little, it was dark and i had some cramping. today i started getting really bad cramps and im still bleeding, im not sure if it is implantion bleeding, breakthrough bleeding, or period, i start my brown pill in a week, not sure if i have to have my period on the brown pills or not.
