10 lbs in two weeks.?

You can use the elliptical, the tread mill or the stair stepper. It's all about what you put into it. Ex: running a 5 min mile vs running a 9 min mile. One burns way more calories. Another thing you might consider is a nutritional fat-burning and cleansing program. I lost 15 lbs in 10 days with one. A buddy of mine lost 10 lbs in 10 days.
