What do you think about Roger Ebert's comment on Ryan Dunn's death?

I think he had a point, but he was harsh about it. Ryan shouldn't have been drinking while he was intoxicated. (uming that's why he crashed-- they're doing an autopsy right now to see if it was a major factor in the wreck) At the same time though, the people saying he's a "murderer" because there was a penger in the car.... no one forced the person to ride with him. He could have easily taken a cab if he had thought Ryan was too drunk to drive. But he didn't. It was a mistake that unfortunately took two lives way before they should have died.
