Does anybody else think that 'Underneath your clothes' by Shakira sound uncannily similar to 'Eternal flame'?

If it's meant to be a cover/rework, then there's (a) no credit for it anywhere I can find and (b) it's awful. If it's not then it's still awful, it's just a blatant rip-off into the bargain. What do you think?
