Does anyone else twirl there hair?

I know this girl who always twirls her hair and then pulls it out. She does it at random times and sometimes when she gets nervous. She also said she does it and don't even notice it until someone says about it. Does anyone think this is weird? Or why she does it? thanks to everyone.
