County jail time served questions?

my ex boyfriend got 3 years in a state pen. the prosecutor said that he will do about 19 months in the state pen because, he has 209 days time served + good credit. He got sentenced Oct 23rd. He is still at the county waiting to go to the pen. How many time serve days does he have now?
