hole looks small?

hi everyone.I am 25 and my wife is 22. we just got married about a month ago and couldn't have yet. we are trying it everyday but my does not go in her ,even we tried with many lubricants.Is it possible that a hole is too small where the can't go in.please tell me,if it's small do we have to go for a surgery.... We even worrying that we are not aware about the correct place that I should put it in.thank you.
