Which Vera Bradley bag is bigger?

I want to have a Vera Bradley tote for school and i need a lot of room. I am in high school and need to lug around a lot of things. I'm deciding between the "The Vera" or "The Villager". What do you think? Also, what do you think of the backpack. I feel like the backpack will be too small. Thanks!
