A question for all the chefs. I want your opinion about it please.?

I just finished my training on culinary and have no previous expirience. i have a loan to pay and it' seems to be hard on finding a good stable job with okay pay. everywhere i go all they look for is expirience but how the **** am i gonna get that if they wont give me chance. i have alot of pion for food and i kow i can hang with the best of them and i'm not saying i'm the next daniel bulud but i'm saying i'm just good but i cant get my foot in. i'm loosing hope a starting to decide on joining the navy and cooking for them. however i really think i wont be happy doing that and would rather create my own cuisine and at the same time pursue my dreams. What do i do?
