I have missed my period.....?

only by a few days, but I'm always on time like clockwork. I have taken several pregnancy tests that have all come back negative, but this also happened to me in both of my other pregnancies. I have gone as far as 3 months pregnant without having a positive test. Is it possible that I am pregnant again or could their be another explanation?
