Hillary and Obama want to honor our fallen soldiers by pulling out of Iraq?

Isn't that the same thing as saying they want to pull our troops out because they think our soldiers have died for nothing? How does that help boost morale for the fallen soldiers' families? How does that boost the morale for our soldiers who are over there fighting?
