Have you ever felt like some people get away with more than others at school?

okay I'm currently in 2nd year of high school almost third and it seems to me like some people get away with a lot more than others as an example say me and my friend are talking we will get penalized for it but yet other people do way much more and just get let off with it i find this to be misleading and certainly not fair
