Are there any all inclusive resorts in Hawaii that are just like Sandals in the Carribean?

I want to go on vacation in the summer. I want the most- for the least amount of money. I was hoping to spend like 2500, for a week.. Including airfare from Minneapolis. I know 2500 is kind of pushing it for an all inclusive............. I would love to go to the Carribean, but my traveling partner cannot leave the country at this time- so hawaii is the next bet? Any ideas? Recommendations?
