Which of these is it?

Transient tics or Tourette's? I make weird sounds with my throat that go "huh" and sort of exhale to a deep point, have trouble keeping my knee bent in karate, my head has been twitching a lot recently. I was playing a video game, which was sort of absorbing and might be a stress factor. I have had the head twitches before, not much for a while, now they're back, when I was playing that game. Any help would be appreciated, this info is important.
