Could i get this girl?

there is this girl that i find really good looking and i like her alot but shes dating this guy for a little over 2 years but they broke up a few times during but now it seems like hes makin no mistakes and is gonna be around forever lol but i need advice on how to get her, i have a lot goin for myself im goin to be a fireman soon , im better looking then her boyfriend ( so im told ) and yea im 19 and so is she and her boyfriend is 20 but the thing is she and her boyfriend share the same friends so if they wanted to seperate they would still see eachother cause they hangout with the same people and plus she barely knows who i am we met a few times thats about it i dont know y but ive grown to like her alot andi know i have the odds stacked against me to get her but this means alot to me so any advice would really help thanks
