If my female rabbit get what does it mean?

my 8 month old rabbit (female)has just got and i don't no what it means but i all so have a male rabbit but i have never put them together but some one in my house hold could of put them together but i don't no how can i tell is she is going to have babies? can any one help as fast as possible please. p.s my female rabbit all ways pushes her saw dust to one side of her hutch n leaves her bedroom part with nuffin hope that helps.x
