I did i tried a one night stand................... hoe do i deal with this?

and it didnt work i didnt feel loved at all i felt used and he treated me wrong, he didint even care about me and he use to be my boyfriend but hey..... he didint care about me then so why would i expect him to care about me now.............. please help me i cant stop crying. everything is messed up. i feel so hurt how could he treat me this way. i just dont get it. the was horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT I THINK IT CUZ HE DIDNT LOVE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE,[ he aint really know what he was doing either]. before i left he became madd and threatend to trap me in his house he has hit me before and said he was sorry and all, but now he's talking like this and always saying he gon hit me back ! he dont love or care foe me and thats all im looking for. my question is how do i deal wih this ????????????/ how do i stop these tears
