Just do a home pregnancy test and you will at least know if you are pregnant or not. As for the pain on your left side, if you are pregnant the next step is to go to your doctor anyway so while you are there, let him know about this as this could be a sign of an eptopic pregnancy (fertilised egg in the phelopian tube)
