How to avoid long term capital gains tax?

I, my sister and my mom are legal heirs of my late fathers property worth 75 lakhs in chennai. If we sell it do all 3 of us have to invest 25 lakhs each in a new property to avoid tax? can we buy 2 flats worth 37.5 lakhs each for myself and my sister and use my mom as joint property owner in both the flats to avoid paying capital gains tax?

I don't. I don't understand pive agressive behavior, and that is what you are describing. These people will never change. You will wear yourself out trying to understand their actions. Communication with them is poor to impossible. Being around a person like this is like being around a mental and emotional vampire. They suck your energy and leave you feeling exhausted. The very best thing you can do is limit your time with them or avoid them altogether.

i just read the ? you had orignally asked...the reason why is because she loves you even though u cheated and all that..she still loves you...some girls are like that they think that they will never find another person and they won't care how much the guy screws up they don't want to lose that guy. Ik you are worried about her safety and all but the best thing to do is GENTLY break up with her and do it slowly..start to detach yourself from her life in steps..maybe just let her know your there as a FRIEND and not romantically. Where do you live ? every country has it own regulations. I believe you have to seek your attorney to deal with this matter, because they can access and register the name with the government. just make sure you know what kind of business you're going to run. It will make your attorney easier

What would you do if someone on yahoo answers insulted you and said that you played with dollies, even though you were WAY past the little girl stage? I wasn't insulted, I was more mad that someone would automatically say that I played with kid toys when I'm 25. Any comments would be great. Thanks!

Getting into UC Boulder?

i really want to go to UC Boulder but my grades are not great but are improving. i currently live in Australia but was born in London and lived in connecticut for a while...i am an american citizen. Will having lived all over the world and gone to top schools help my chances of getting into Boulder? or no? please let me know. thanks.
