Any good Action/Fantasy/horror films?

For example, here are some i've watched and loved - Resident evil,Van helsing,Underworld,Blade,Silent hill. I love the type of films that have alot of action but are mostly based on Fantasy rarther than reality (saw etc..). Im not really ino the whole 100% guts and gore type of thing. Im just wondering if there are any good movies that are anything like the list above.

How long should I give my body to reset after too much cardio?

So I'm 6ft 2in, 191 lbs. Went through a huge weight loss last year (80 lbs), and now I'm all about maintenence. I recently realized I was doing way too much cardio. I was working out 6 or 7 days a week for the last 2 months. So my body fat% has gone up from 11% to almost14%. I'm taking a week off, and dialing back my regimen to 4 or 5 days a week. I usually do 20 minutes high intense cardio, and 45 minutes of weights. I'm making good progress with my weights program. My question is how long should I give my body to get out of freak out mode, and get back to burning fat?

Isn't that the same thing as saying they want to pull our troops out because they think our soldiers have died for nothing? How does that help boost morale for the fallen soldiers' families? How does that boost the morale for our soldiers who are over there fighting?
